Downhole Medium And Deep Hole In The Iron Ore Mining Blasting Technology

The middle deep hole blasting on underground in iron ore mining is studied by theoretical analysis, practical engineering examples, blasting and demolition site evaluation text results.First, the role of theory and the using of explosives in rock blasting stress wave theory, analysis of rock blasting and the mechanical properties destroyed in the deep underground tunneling blasting techniques and the principle of cutting technology and so on. Face hole round on the number of hole depth, minimum line, cutting the form of cut blasting parameters, charging structure, stemming and differential initiation were studied. Ore mined from the theory put forward in the deep hole blasting parameters and roadway Blasting Parameters.On the theoretical analysis, we base on the behalf of the county in Shan Xi Ming Li tunneling blasting a preliminary design of the blasting parameters to determine the range. Using of these parameters were blasting ore mining and tunneling on the conduct of the burst test.The combined effects of multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, ore mining and tunneling blasting conducted a comprehensive evaluation of test results, and achieved good blasting effect. Finally, fuzzy decision making in these trials were selected from the best out of a set of programs and blasting parameters as Ming Li Iron ore mining and tunneling underground optimal blasting design.Blasting through the optimal design of mining not only improves the efficiency of the mine, but also better quality of tunnel shape, excavation and construction of faster and more secure.Deep underground in accordance with theoretical results of blasting parameters, the results of this study can be in underground mining and tunneling deep hole blasting construction provide a useful reference.
