This article analyzed the current blast seismic effect and the present situation of seismic test technology. Through the analysis of the process for blasting and the assignment of blast energy, this paper discussed the classification and formation and dissemination characteristic of the blasting seismic wave. In addition, the article also analyzed the main problems in aspect of seismic effect study, especially, it is just at a basic stage for underground mining seismic effect study during mining works. With the development of mining industry and the advancement of the technology, By combination of practice of existing iron mine, it has great significance on study how to control the blasting vibration by the way of and changing the blasting parameters.By thoroughly study on site, the article presented the geology and current situation of operation in chengchao iron mine. Also, the article analyzed a series of problems during the operation in the mine, especially, explored the several forms of the tunnel cave-in, middle-depth-hole blockage and by those problems high-pressure-area produced that prevented normal operation. These issues influenced the management of safety and operation of the mine. The article analyzed the main reasons that caused the problems above mentioned and proposed some practical solutions from the aspect of control of middle-depth-hole blasting.Through blasting vibration test on site in the mine, the article has analyzed the tunnel blasting vibration attenuation regularity, and has carried on the regression analysis to the monitor data, has obtained this project mine middle-depth-hole blasting seismic wave attenuation regularity forecast formula, and has provided the basis for the mine blasting plan design. Based on the practical formula, we calculated the permitting amount of explosive for middle-depth-hole blasting in different areas and through the formula we can also optimize the structure of explosive charging and middle-depth-hole design.
