Social and economic development is inseparable from the rapid rise of industry. With the rising level of industrial development, large areas of level of economic development has been greatly improved, but also brought some problems. Such as worsening environmental problems deeply rooted.Increasing emphasis on national environmental governance, waste treatment has become essential.Coking wastewater is a typical refractory industrial wastewater, with toxic, biodegradable, and the treatment process behind the unsatisfactory treatment effect. The traditional treatment waste water treatment facilities obvious shortcomings encountered a large area, long processing time, handling the high cost and poor biodegradability, this paper, a new reactor in series of secondary EGSB way to treatment coking wastewater. Pilot phase of the study hope to find a feasible process to make up for the traditional method of inadequacies of coking wastewater treatment, and promotion of the technology to provide a practical and feasible for the future based on theory and practice.Test of coking wastewater from coking plant in Taiyuan Coal Group, the second conditioning tank, the grease, ammonia treated wastewater, the water quality: COD is 1500 ~ 2500 mg / L; ammonia is 50 ~ 210 mg / L; pH is 6.5 ~ 8.5, in the micro-aeration conditions of oxygen through the second treatment EGSB reactor,COD,ammonia nitrogen content to meet the national emission standards. Second reactor the overall COD removal reached 80%, of which the whole system of coking wastewater on cyanide, sulfur cyanide, phenol and other toxic substances in a better deal.Final test, the three removal efficiency can reach 90%, respectively, 99.2%,92.7%,99.9%. Tests show that the process of coking wastewater main pollution indicators COD, ammonia has a very good treatment effect, the traditional process of degradation of toxic substances is difficult to a good deal, meet the national standard.COD removal rate with the system has stabilized granular sludge coking wastewater great changes have taken place, and in the past by the different treatment of domestic wastewater sludge is the particle size particle showed a clear downward trend, can be observed by scanning electron microscopy to the granular sludge microbial populations occur within a larger theory of the relationship, there has been gradually developed from a single species to multiple populations of symbiotic situation, and coking wastewater is closely related to the physical and chemical properties.
