The Reserch Of Digital Design For Low Temperature Screw Presser Based On Solidworks

Product design in today's manufacturing industry plays an increasingly important role. With the rapid development of technology, modern design gradually replaces the traditional design methods, and digital design technology is more typical of modern design. Digital design technology is the embodiment of modern technology, while the development of modern design to create the conditions. To this end, their study is significant. Although the system of Chinese oil pressing equipment taken many varieties, but the comparison countries, product technology, product structure and product performance there is still a gap analysis of the reasons, needs to be improved in design methods. This article digital design technology to oil pressing equipment, changes the traditional design pattern, and strives to improve the overall design and manufacturing facilities in China Grain and Oil level efforts.In this paper, low-temperature cold-pressed oil press as the starting point, based on SolidWorks development platform of digital design theory and related technologies, including the following major elements:Digital design method is applied in low temperature Screw presser design and manufacture process to find digital product model and the technology which include interference check-up,digital simulation and engineering analysis is used to improve design plan and enhance product exploitation efficiency and product performance. The feature-based on modeling and parameter driving modeling is used to realize the semi-automatic or automatic building for the components of low temperature Screw presser. The secondary development platform of 3D digital is built and the virtual test of performance is realized. Finite element analysis and optimization design are used in components of low temperature screw presser.Because low temperature cold pressing technique could preserve polyunsaturated fatty acid and other sanitarian substances, low temperature screw press can be used of many kinds of oil plants,especially in producting healthy oil.After experiment Low temperature Screw presser has used in practice and achieved good economic and social benefits.
