| Cotton fabric has generally gone through oxygen bleaching pretreatment before dyeing,mainly in order to remove pigment on the fabric, and the rest impurities of the scouring such asthe cotton seed shells, wax, etc., to improve the fabric whiteness and hygroscopicity. Traditionaloxygen bleaching pretreatment basicaly used the high temperature and alkali treatment process,bring out both high energy consumption and serious damage on the fabric. At the same time,hydrogen peroxide can’t be effectively used, and it can cause greatly waste of the resources,increasing the cost of production. Therefore, if we adopt the activator or catalyst to promotehydrogen peroxide catalyze low temperature bleaching on cotton fabric, oxygen bleachingpretreatment process of cotton fabrics will be conducive to energy conservation and emissionsreduction.First of all, this thesis mainly used two kinds of commercially available low temperatureoxygen bleaching agents, namely AP-L and CSC-20, and they are respectively passd the basicperformance test (pH value determination, alkali stability test, permeability, foaming ability test).Then it respectively applied AP-L and CSC-20to oxygen bleaching pretreatment of cotton fabric,through single factor experiment research to ascertain solution quality of hydrogenperoxide,NaOH, temperature and time. On the basis of single factor experiment, four levels of thefive factors orthogonal experiment was done standard take fabric whiteness, capillary effect,strength index as a standard to furtherly optimize bleaching process. The experimental resultsshow that the best process for AP-L: AP-L2g/L,30%hydrogen peroxide8g/L, NaOH2g/L, 80℃,45min. The best technology of CSC-20: CSC-202.5g/L, hydrogen peroxide8g/L, NaOH2g/L, temperature80℃,50min.Secondly, dyeing properties of AP-L and CSC-20were studied, using dye concentration forthe4g/L of BH-3BS red. By respectively testing its dyeing and soaping residual liquid absorbanceit calculate the dyeing rate and fixation rate as well as K/S and CMC DE, the test results show thatthe properties of fabric treated under the optimum processing meet the requirements and betterthan the performance of fabric treated under the workshop process.Then, this paper compound a low temperature auxiliaries to promote the hydrogen peroxidebleaching,determined the optimum composition for the content of NOBS was15%, T07was15%.And then it carried on the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showthat the optimum process is: X2g/L, NaOH2g/L, H2O28g/L,80℃,45minutes. Then thedyeing properties were studied using4g/L of BH-3BS red and the dyeing rate and fixation rate aswell as K/S were researched.The test results show that the fabric treated under the optimumprocess conditions are consistent with the basic requirements.Finally, the compounded low temperature oxygen bleaching agent was used in theworkshop.The experimental results show that it can achieve the requirements under the optimumconditions. |
