The desizing,scouring and bleaching of pure cotton woven fabrics are carried out under the condition of high temperature and strong alkali.Most scouring and bleaching agents with good alkali resistance contain phosphorus,and their biodegradability and safety are poor,it is easy to cause algal bloom,biological toxicity,high biochemical oxygen consumption of sewage,which will lead to high energy consumption and water pollution,causing a great burden on the environment.Therefore,the research and Development of Environmental Friendly Pretreatment auxiliaries and their processes are urgently needed.In this study,the environmental protection type alkali-resistant penetrant,other Surfactant and inorganic salts were selected,and the CIE whiteness and gross effect of the treated fabric were taken as the main test indexes.The formula of high concentrated scouring agent was optimized,which was:SKYIN70B was 5.00%,OAS60 was 11.67%,AEO-9 was 22.22%,FMES was 55.56%and sodium sulfate was 5.55%,And it is named WXP-101.Then,using scouring agent WXP-101,self-made oxygen bleaching catalyst WXP-100,mixed oxygen bleaching stabilizer CST(sodium silicate:sodium gluconate=7:3)and instant polymer carboxymethyl cellulose JL-1200 as raw materials,through orthogonal test,based on the whiteness,capillary effect and strength retention of the treated fabric,the formula of low temperature scouring and bleaching agent was optimized as follows:JL-1200was 8.70%,CST was 30.43%,WXP-100 was 8.70%,WXP-101 was 52.17%,and It is named WXP-102,Its solid content is 43.3%.Then,low temperature scouring agent WXP-102 was applied to the scouring and bleaching process of pure cotton woven fabrics.Through single factor experiment,the effects of the amount of auxiliary agent,the amount of hydrogen peroxide,steaming temperature,steaming time and trace amount of potassium permanganate on the scouring and bleaching effect of cotton woven fabrics were discussed.The leaching and rolling process was determined as follows:the dosage of low temperature scouring agent WXP-102 was 40 g·L-1,the dosage of sodium hydroxide was 4 g·L-1,the dosage of 28%hydrogen peroxide was 45ml·L-1,the steaming temperature was 80~90℃,and the steaming time was 60 min.Compared with high-temperature scouring agent MJ-223B and low-temperature scouring agent MJ-206 on the market,the application effect of self-made low-temperature scouring agent WXP-102 was evaluated.The results showed that the self-made low-temperature scouring agent WXP-102 had some advantages over MJ-206 in whiteness value,capillary effect of fabric and desizing rate,but the strength retention rate was slightly worse than that of MJ-206.Compared with MJ-223B’s traditional deboiling and bleaching two-step high temperature dip rolling treatment,there is still some difference in the CIE whiteness value of the fabric.Therefore,in the actual production process,in order to improve the fabric whiteness,we can appropriately increase the amount of WXP-102 and hydrogen peroxide in the scouring and bleaching solution.The effect of low temperature scouring agent WXP-102 on decolorization rate of simulated pigments(morin)was studied.The results showed that the decolorization rate of morin was lower when adding WXP-102 or MJ-206 compared with the hydrogen peroxide bland system at room temperature under alkaline conditions,which could inhibit the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and stabilize the hydrogen peroxide.Different from oxygen bleaching catalyst WXP-100 and high temperature scouring agent MJ-223B,the decomposition rate of mulberry pigment is faster at room temperature under alkaline conditions.This is because both WXP-102 and MJ-206 are compound additives.Besides containing oxygen bleaching catalyst WXP-100 or activator substances,It also contains a stabilizer that inhibits the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.Therefore,low temperature scouring and bleaching agent WXP-102 or MJ-206 can reduce the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in the scouring and bleaching solution preparation process,and improve the utilization rate of hydrogen peroxide.The mechanism of scouring and bleaching system was discussed.The results showed that the content of hydroxyl radical in scouring and bleaching system was increased by increasing temperature or adding low-temperature scouring and bleaching agent WXP-102.When the quenching agent dimethyl sulfoxide is added into the scouring and bleaching system,the content of hydroxyl radical will be reduced,and the whiteness of scouring and bleaching fabric will be reduced.This indicates that hydroxyl radical is an effective component in scouring and bleaching,but considering the addition of hydroxyl radical quenching agent dimethyl sulfoxide in scouring and bleaching solution,the whiteness of the fabric is not significantly reduced.The reason may be that the scouring and bleaching system has many components,complex mechanism of action and the solvent effect of dimethyl sulfoxide.Therefore,hydroxyl radical is not the only active substance in scouring and bleaching solution.
