With the exploration and exploitation of the oceans,the role and value of ultra-deep water and ultra-deep drilling technology comes more and more prominent.The effects of sea waves on the.ships in the ultra-deep drilling,take a great impact on drilling operations.The drilling string heave compensation system is one of the necessary device to ensure the normal operation of ultra-deep drilling operations.Firstly,the drill string heave compensation system is designed to compensate for the displacement of the drill string.The adjustment of the compensation system makes the displacement of the hook not fluctuate along with the drill ship,and ensure the displacement of the drill string keep a constant relative to the seabed.So that the drilling pressure keep a constant value.Energy saving of the hydraulic system is a problem when designing a hydraulic system. And the recycling of the energy is a key measure of energy saving in hydraulic system.The weight of load exceeds 300T in the winch-type heave compensation system.The energy generated by the drill string movement is a key point in the research of compensation system.In this paper, the main research work is as follows::1. The solution of winch-type heave compensation system is designed.The parameters of the compensation system and the model of each component is determined.2. Establish hydraulic winch model and the hydraulic transformer model in AMESim, analysis and control for each model to explore the controller parameters effect on the performance of the control, to find the most reasonable control scheme to achieve the optimal control effect.3. The simplified model of the heave compensation system is established, and the overall control scheme is designed based on the simplified model,The displacement of the large hook is controlled to ensure the drilling pressure fluctuation within the reasonable range.4. Amesim and Smulink are used to make joint simulation, and to Amesim Smulink is used to establish the energy computing module in Smulink, and then the simulation is encapsulated in Amesim.In a complete cycle of heave compensation, the energy loss of system is analyzed. So that finding the cause of energy loss and reducing the energy loss to the greatest extent.
