As the eco-industrial park in China get more and more attention of the experts, scholars and the park managers in recent years, it need to choose a kind of comprehensive evaluation method, both to comprehensively evaluate the park development, and dynamically monitor its proximity to the planning indicators. It is conducive to guide the park managers manage the park and ensure the park reach the planning goal according to the requirements.The evaluation indexes in this paper refer to the existing indicators in<The Indicators of National Comprehensive Ecological Industrial Park> and< The Indicators of Sichuan Provincial Ecological Industrial Park (Try Out)>. The evaluation method is based on the several kinds of domestic commonly used evaluation methods. This paper uses the variation coefficient method to determine index weight, and the grey correlation method to conduct the comprehensive evaluation. Based on the variation coefficient and the grey correlation method, the comprehensive evaluation model is established, which used to carry out the empirical experiment on the ecological industrial park in the economic and technological development zone of Jiajiang County.The evaluation results show that in 2011,2012 and 2013, each year relative to the planning in comprehensive evaluation of the integrated evaluation value of correlation, are respectively r2011=0.4286, r2012=0.5106, r2013=0.7268. In 2012 and 2013, the year relative to the integrated evaluation theory in 2012 and 2013, the year of the incidence degree are r2012Theory=0.5315, r2013heory=0.6753, respectively.Through the comparative analysis, it is shown that the correlation of the actual comprehensive value is less than the theory in 2012.The reason is that the improvement of eight indicators weighting less exceeds the theoretical expectation while the other improvement is less than the theoretical expectation in 2011 and 2012. In 2012 and 2013, the improvement of the main six indicators exceeds the theoretical expectation while the other improvement is less than the theoretical expectation.The evaluation model established in this paper can trace and monitor the development of the industrial park better, and also provide some guidance for the park manager.In order to make the park able to meet the planning objective better, each park managers should ensure the heavy index reach or exceed the standard. The evaluation model established in this paper has certain application value.
