In the era of rapid development of industrial economy,industry is the lifeblood of urban development,and the key carrier of industrial system is industrial park.As China's industrial production continues to gather in industrial parks,the pace and effect of the transformation of industrial parks to ecology will largely determine the overall resource efficiency and environmental performance of China's industrial sectors,and affect the environmental quality of the areas in which they are located.Zhangye city,Gansu province,is located in the middle of Gansu province.The development of oasis cities in arid areas not only depends on the ecological stability of oasis,but also the social and economic activities of human beings have an important impact on the stability of oasis ecosystem.At the same time,zhangye in Gansu province is one of the seven major circular economy development system of the construction of the base,with the development of its city transformation and the accelerating process of industrialization,in the current and future a period of time,zhangye industrial economic development and the contradiction between resources and environment protection will increasingly highlight,situation will be even more severe ecological environment protection,development of circular economy has become alkaline saline areas effectively deal with the relationship between ecological environment protection and industrial economic development inevitably choice.In accordance with the goal of zhangye city's 13 th fiveyear plan,the ecological industrial park strives to realize the output value of "100 billion yuan".The development and expansion of the industrial park brings a certain environmental pressure to zhangye city in the process of ecological transformation.In this context,it is particularly important to assess the environmental impact of the waste emissions caused by the resource consumption in zhangye industrial park on the construction and transformation of zhangye eco-city.Quantitative assessment of environmental and economic sustainability in industrial parks has become one of the hot focuses of industrial ecology.The input-output model of the real environmental economy depicts the material flow of the economic system with the amount of real material.In particular,the park scale input-output table is considered more suitable than the value input-output table to describe the interaction between the economic system and the environmental system of the industrial park.At present,most studies on industrial parks based on the input-output model focus on a certain pollutant,and there are few studies on the correlation of the overall waste emission in industrial parks.In view of this,this study calculated and analyzed the impact of environmental pressure caused by the resource consumption of industrial park on zhangye city,based on the hypothetical extraction method model established by the physical input and output table of zhangye city industrial park.The research conclusions of this paper mainly include:(1)The top three industries with the most significant industrial exhaust emissions in the park are fuel processing industry,plastic products and other industries,paper making,printing and stationery manufacturing.The total industrial exhaust emissions of these three industries account for about 21% ~ 36% of the total emissions of the economic system.The industries with significant solid waste emissions are fuel processing,plastics and other industries,which account for about 56% and 40% of total emissions from the economic system,respectively.Industries with higher industrial wastewater emissions are fuel processing,plastics and other industries,paper,printing and stationery manufacturing,which on average emit about six times more than other industries.(2)Mineral extraction,fuel processing,electric power,plastics and other industries are the main industries producing industrial waste gas,solid waste and industrial wastewater.Compared with output emissions,demand emissions are more dispersed,with construction,agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery as the main input industries.The industries with the highest sulfur dioxide demand emissions were paper,printing,culture and education,accounting for 49% of the total output of all industries,followed by mineral extraction,electricity and water production and supply,accounting for 17%,15% and 12% of the total output,respectively.Nitrogen oxides and soot are the two types of wastes with less total demand emissions,with the total emissions of 2227.42 t and 3620.38 t respectively.(3)The net forward correlation value of all kinds of wastes in fuel processing industry is large,among which sulfur dioxide 7706.37 t,nitrogen oxide 573.03 t,smoke 776.66 t,solid waste 90101.57 t,and industrial waste 656898.85 t are generated,indicating that the industry mainly produces more wastes in order to meet the needs of other industrial sectors.The net backward correlation value of waste produced by agricultural products processing industry is significant,indicating that it absorbs all kinds of waste discharged by other industries while meeting its own needs.When the power industry and the ore mining industry supply the upstream and downstream industries,they produce more waste than they do internally.The food manufacturing and tobacco processing industries produce a lot of industrial waste gas in the process of meeting their own needs.(4)From the perspective of correlation,the sulfur dioxide produced by ore mining industry in the process of forward correlation and backward correlation is more than that of other industries,which brings greater environmental pressure to the industrial park and zhangye city.The water production and supply industry produced the most nitrogen oxides(6109.72t),and it produced more nitrogen oxides in the process of meeting the final demand of the upstream industry than in the process of meeting the supply of the downstream industry.The industry that produces the most soot is the fuel processing industry,which produces 98% of the soot when it supplies the downstream industry with production demand.The total associated value of solid waste emissions of fuel processing industry,ore extraction industry,paper making and printing industry,culture and education industry and power industry are all large.However,due to their different positions in the industrial chain,the dominant direction of solid waste generation is also different.According to the research results,the corresponding policy Suggestions are put forward:(1)According to the emission intensity and transfer amount of waste in the park,establish the responsibility sharing and ecological compensation system among industries in the park.(2)Promote the industrial chain of low pollution in industrial parks,coordinate the emission reduction measures of various industries,and transfer the concept of cost effectively.(3)Promote the concept of green design on the product side of demand,so as to reduce the impact of environmental pressure caused by waste gas emissions.
