| As the second largest category of gears, the cycloidal gear is widely used in petroleum, machinary, light, industry, food, aerospace and defense industries. The cycloidal gear is the key parts of RV reducer, which puts forward higher requirements on the accuracy of cycloid gear. Therefore, it is essential to develop the new testing technology of the cycloidal gear.In this thesis, according to the characteristics of tooth profile of the cycloidal gear, the method of normal polar coordinate is proposed as a new method of measurement, which is applied to the tooth profile measurement and the pitch measurement. And the measurement software of the cycloidal gear is developed based on the gear measuring center. According to national standard, the measurement items of the cycloidal gear based on the gear measuring center is selected. The movement of the probe, acquisition scheme of data and method for setting workpiece coordinate system are planned. According to the definition of tooth profile deviation and pitch deviation, the solution of data processing is formulated. Human interface is designed, which includes the input interface of workpiece parameter and measurement control parameter adapte to actual engineering needs. In addition, mis-input of parameters can be iden-tified. The testing report is designed, which can draw deviation curve and print measurement results. Tooth profile measuring function of measurement software provides user two solutions which are the traditional polar coordinate measurement and normal polar coordinate proposed by this thesis. The measurement experiment indicates that the measurement of cycloidal gear can be achieved by the software. |
