| Cycloidal gears driving are widely used in industrial robots,medical machinery,energy,aerospace and other fields,and have become the second largest transmission method after involute gear driving.In order to ensure the manufacturing quality of cycloidal gears,the research of its detection technology has important value for improving the machining accuracy of cycloidal gear.At present,the contact method is mainly used to detect related parameters,while the optical method is relatively rare.The paper studies the problem of measuring the tooth profile error of cycloidal gear by laser scanning,which is of great significance for measuring the cycloidal gear by optical method.The main contents are as following:1)A measurement scheme based on laser scanning to measure cycloidal gears is designed.Through market research,the performance,price and parameters of the laser sensor are compared,and the solution for measuring the cycloidal gear using the point laser displacement sensor is finally determined.Taking the gear measurement center as the experimental platform,the fixture of the point laser displacement sensor is designed and the data acquisition software is compiled.2)A inclination error compensation model for point laser displacement sensor suitable for surface measurement is proposed.The experimental method is used to analyze the factors affecting the measurement accuracy of the laser displacement sensor.The stability of the point laser displacement sensor is tested,and in order to ensure its performance,it needs to be preheated for more than half an hour;For the metallic luster surface,the linearity is recalibrated,and the error compensated linearity error is reduced from 21.4μm~-19.3μm to 2.5μm ~-3.6μm,which improves the measurement accuracy.The influence of measuring the inclination angle on the measurement accuracy of the point laser displacement sensor is mainly studied.The measurement inclination error is calibrated by standard mandrel with different diameters.The inclination error compensation model is established according to the experimental data,and the collected data is compensated by the error compensation model.The deviation of the inclination is reduced from 90μm ~-145μm before compensation to±10μm,the measurement accuracy is significantly improved,meeting the requirements for use in surface measurement.3)Measurement experiments and evaluation experiments is performed on the cycloidal gears.At the C40 gear measurement center,the method of establishing the workpiece coordinate system by the point laser displacement sensor is firstly proposed,the measurement position of the point laser displacement sensor is determined,and then the cycloidal gear is measured by the laser scanning method.The same cycloidal gear is used to measure the same cycloidal gear on a coordinate measuring machine.The correctness and reliability of the measurement results of the cycloidal gear by the laser scanning method are verified by the experimental comparison.The advantages of the high efficiency of the laser scanning measurement and the number of measuring points are also reflected. |
