The Fiber friction performance has great impact on the Fabric,while the crux of the matter is that friction coefficient decides Fiber friction performance. During the processing, inevitable friction between fibers and machining parts will occur, leading to the force changes large or small. It makes the fiber tight or loose, even breaks. So the processing would affect the quality of fiber materials. Therefore, it is of great importance to study the friction characteristics of the fiber.This paper is based on the Euler equation for measuring and calculating the coefficient of friction of fiber in detail. First and foremost, the author discuss the theoretical study of the performance of the fiber friction, and analyzes and summarizes a variety of the measuring and calculating method of the coefficient of friction, and put the Euler equation in fiber measurement and calculation applications to Derivation and verify. What is more, based on Euler equation of calculating the required parameters and friction coefficient measurement and calculation method is the combination of selecting the best measurement scheme, according to the principle of the scheme to force loading system of measuring devices, the friction test system and rotation control the design of the three parts in detail.Using Euler equation, this paper provides a relatively simple, easy measuring device to measure the fiber of the friction coefficient. It has practical application value. |
