Urban construction of Meishan Min Dong New Area is developing rapidly, the municipal sewage treatment plants are urban infrastructure projects which are play very important roles in improving the urban environment, improving people’s quality of life and promoting economic development in the region.The process design basis on Meishan Min Dong new area sewage treatment plant, according to the relevant design information provided by the owner, determine the size of the sewage treatment plant and long term, designed water quality, sewage treatment requirements and pollutant reductions, the completion of sewage treatment plant ratio election process, design and computing sectors, the main structure of the building sewage treatment plants to draw plans and sections.The near and long-term capacities of first water treatment plant in Meishan Mindong new area are determined as 1.0×104m3/d and 2.0×104 m3/d., its effluent water for sewage discharge is required by "discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant" GB18918-2002 of class A, By analyzing the inffluent water quality and sewage treatment plants performed to determine the design of.infuluent and effluent water.According to the inffluent water quality and sewage treatment plants required to select CASS process performed as a secondary treatment process, and to take" lattice flocculent pond+ drum filter," the combination process is completed on the secondary effluent coagulation, sedimentation, filtration depth treatment, the corresponding mass of pollutants removed of BOD5、CODcr、SS、NH3-N、TN、TP values are 565.75×103、 912.5x10、773.8×103、76.65×103、78.48×103、14.24×103kg/a,realizing remarkable environmental benefits...
