At present, uninstalling and installing large roller bearing seats and overturning their turner are achieved mainly by a bridge crane. These jobs are usually restricted by the following problems, such as easily occurred mechanical seizure and the roller neck being easily damaged, and the other factors of hidden dangers, as well as low work efficiency and high labor intensity caused by difficult to align the rollers with the bearings, the poor stable and swaying bridge crane, due to high deadweight of the rollers and bearing seats, high accurate requirement for installing the bearing and rollers, etc., thus, aimed at the above-mentioned problems, this essay is intended to make an numerical control transformation for uninstalling and installing the roller bearing seats and its turnover, and to design a full-hydraulically-driven devices for uninstalling and installing the bearing seats and overturning it. Based on this process, the equipment shows these advantages:good mechanical properties, being convenient for operation, high disassembly and assembly/turnover efficiency, good safety, high stability, etc. And the equipment received good comments from customers when they were put into the market. They have a good prospect for use if they are promoted and are one of the necessary repair equipment in the roller repair workshops of the medium and large size of steel-rolling enterprises.First, the essay analyzes the status of using the device for uninstalling and installing a support roller bearing seats and the device for overturning it, and presents the necessity to make a numerical control transformation to them. Second, according to the working principle and features of their hydraulic system, we design an electric control system which takes PLC as the control core. That system consists of such two parts as a disassembly and assembly device and a turnover device. The electric control system of the disassembly and assembly device is based on an industrial radio remote control apparatus, and we design an improved circuit board of transmitter system and use the transmitter to smoothly control all the work procedures of the disassembly and assembly device so as to realize the purpose of remote control. We design an improved circuit board of electronic amplifier device with proportional & directional valve for the turner’s electric control system, thus realizing the turner’s speed regulation in its foreward and backward process. At the same time, we also pay attention to design the main components of amplifier system with the proportional valve in the block diagrams, including ramp generator, power supply, potentiometer, summer, step function generator, impulse width modulation power output class, P, I, PI controller, etc. We also offer a mathematical description of the step function generator in the electronic amplifier structure block diagrams as our focal design, draw a simulation chart and use MATLAB language to program, etc.The beneficial conclusion made finally is:based on advanced PLC as the core and using matured proportional & directional valve electronic amplifier, industrial radio remote control technology to realize uninstalling and installing roller bearing seats and their vertical turnover for 900 by way of auto-control.
