Temperature is the most important control parameter in anode baking temperature control system, which has a great reality meaning and theory value. The temperature in this system possesses the. characteristics of nonlinear, time-variable, time-delay and so on. According to the working performance and the temperature characteristics of the anode baking control system, a kind of double former FUZZY-PID controller is devised, combining betterment PID controller with fuzzy logic controller.The main work that I have done as follows:1. Basing on the analysis and the comparison of the betterment PID controller and the fuzzy controller, the scheme of FUZZY-PID controller is given, using double former. The betterment PID controller has many advantages, such as single algorithm, high reliability, and small static error. Whereas it is to hard to amend its parameters, even you have already modified them sometimes, when the controlled object meets with some change resulting from exoteric disturbances, the control purpose will disappointed you. And fuzzy control system complete some automatic and intellectualized object, which can not implement in the classical and modern control system, transferring expert knowledge and operator experiences accumulating for a long time into some rules, using handy, short-cut, flexible method. The two-dimension fuzzy controller possesses PD tuning ability, but short of integral ability, so has some static error in its steady-going state. FUZZY-PID controller integrates the advantages of fuzzy control with PID control; it can work in the rough condition, learning from others' strong points to offset one' s weakness.2. Designing the structure of betterment PID controller. The control circuit of betterment PID controller is devised, the PID dubiety formula is reasoned, the work ability of many kinds of PID controller is compared, gear change integral betterment PID controller is introduced, the software arithmetic chart of the controller is planed, and the three parameters of the PID controller is primarily amended, in order to prepare for designing fuzzy controller.3. Designing the structure of fuzzy controller. Basing on the special working condition, the input and output variables have been confirmed, one input variable is windage e, the other is windage ratio ec, the output variables is u, then they have been fuzzed and transferred into functions about subjection, the fuzzy relation between them have been inferred, fuzzy rules have been established and fuzzy query tables have been chosen, according to knowledge of experts and experience of skilled workers.4. Designing the whole FUZZY-PID controller. Working software algorithm drawings of FUZZY-PID controller has combined the part of betterment PID controller and the part of fuzzy controller, and thefactors of FUZZY-PID controller have been amended online.The Fuzzy-PID controller that have been described in this article combines the fuzzy PID controller with the betterment PID controller, which make the system have the agility and adjustability characteristics owing to the fuzzy control system and run stably resulting from the betterment PID control system. According to baking anode temperature control system that'has the characteristics of nonlinear, time-variable, time-delay and so on, the fuzzy PID controller which can works immediately and stably will conquer its characteristics of nonlinear, time-variable, time-delay; the betterment PID controller which can run precisely and acutely will make the system possess of good steady characteristic .The fuzzy-PID controller will make what you want come truth. The trend come from experiment tell us many things, such as it removes the integral saturation, it settles the contradiction between high speed and over-adjustment, it gives strong applicability to the control system, it results small or no infection among the three parameters and causes them easy to choose.
