CNC laser cutting speed faster, cutting the work piece has good surface quality, cutting round hole the roundness of high quality, with the enrichment of product structure, in order to give full play to the advantages of laser cutting, reduce working procedure, improve the production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, the laser cutting technology in various functions fully applied in the steel sheet blanking, we still need to be able to better use in laser cutting of explicit, the part of the imperfect part of laser cutting are studied fully.This paper firstly introduces three kinds of commonly used cutting the steel plate cutting way of the basic principle, characteristics and development present situation at home and abroad, analyses the quality of laser cutting in steel plate cutting blanking quality advantage and subsequent cutting quality and the size precision of work piece machining precision and efficiency, the influence of discusses the selected topic background and significance, this paper introduces the experiment condition and experimental method.Second in view of the various factors affecting the quality of laser cutting were reviewed, including the characteristics of laser, laser power, cutting speed, nozzle and nozzle height, focus position, assistant gas and so on influence on cutting quality, and on the basis of experiment of laser cutting paper summarizes the defects of steel plate, the possible reasons and solutions are summarized and expounded.
