Laser cutting is one of the most important application technologies in lasermachining industry. The implementation of laser cutting is the result of the interaction ofhigh power laser bean and assist gas, On the one hand, the machining materials is melteddown by high power laser bean, on the other hand, melten metal and part of heat areexpelled from the kerf. Reasonable nozzle structure and cutting parameter can limit theheat effect area to a very small scope. Sometimes the article is hard at work on an adaptivemonitoring technology to real-time monitoring of cutting state method, Through themethod of combining theory with practice to ensure good cutting quality.In this paper, using the Fluent simulation software for the different processparameters to carry out the research. First, analyses the influence law of gas dynamicsperformance about jet flow effected by nozzle structure The answer is convergent nozzlescan be obtained more good gas dynamics, then constructs the axial symmetric andthree-dimensional symmetry model of laser cutting impinging flow and studies theinfluence to gas dynamics performance by cutting parameter in kerf, The answer is thenozzle inlet pressure value is not always better, The thick sheet metal cutting qualitydeterioration and more serious, At the appropriate H value and the slot in the cutting seamgas velocity increasing. Then the laser cutting state real-time monitoring method wasstudied, Mainly from the direction feature, gradient feature and gray feature to carry outthe research work.Finally, the paper does the research work is summarized, and the thesis need furtherresearch in future.
