With the development of researching, researchers find some triazenes compounds exhibit anticancer activity, so scientists study out some triazenes drugs, such as dacarbazine(DTIC) and temozolomide(TMZ). But these drugs have some shortcomings, such as weak selectivity, great toxicity, poor absorption and so on. Therefore their clinical applications have been limited. Aiming at theses side effects, some novel triazenes derivatives were designed by using combination principle, in which the triazene combine with Chalcones, 2-Aminopyrimidine, benzoylhydrazone, 1, 3, 4-Oxadiazole, respectively. These new compounds may improve the antitumor activity and reduce ill effect.The main research contents of this article are as follows:1. 4-(3,3-dimethyl-triazenyl)-acetophenone was prepared from 4-aminoacetophenone through diazotization reaction and coupling with dimethylamine. Using this compound as starting material, it react with aromatic aldehydes which is modified by sugar group to obtain a series of chalcone compounds.2. 2- amino pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized by Michael addition reaction of 4-(3, 3-dimethyl-triazenyl) chalcone with guanidine nitrate in refluxing ethanol.3. 4-(3, 3-dimethyl-triazenyl) benzoic acid was prepared from 4-aminobenzoic acid through diazotization reaction and coupling with dimethylamine. Using this compound as starting material, it through esterification reaction, hydrazinolysis reaction and condensation with aromatic aldehydes to obtain a series of benzoylhydrazones derivatives.4. Triazenyl-1,3,4-Oxadiazole derivatives were obtained by iodine catalytic reaction of corresponding benzoylhydrazones.The antitumor activity of all compounds were screened by using MTT assay in vitro. The results of cell experiments showed that some of them exhibit excellent antitumor activity. Triazenyl-1,3,4-Oxadiazole derivatives were screened by broth dilution technique for their fungicidal activity against S.aureus and E. coli.
