This topic is when superfine deep-hole machining in the production process using difficult materials, a problem is encountered, the drill-hole will be unpredictable deflected.To reseachfor the mechanism of superfine deep-hole deflection, as well as control method of the deflection, through the research on the processing mechanism of superfine BTA deep-hole drilling,This article analysis the force when drilling, establish a set of drilling mechanics model of BTA deep hole drilling. To simplify the BTA Deep hole drilling cutting processing model and use the finite element software such as ANSYS to simulation and analysis of superfine BTA deep-hole drilling, summarized the curve relation with force, torque, and deformation of drill bit, and pipe. Then obain the effects of geometric parameters of the drill,the axis line deflection and the influence of cutting parameters on the axis line deflection.Based on the influence which summed up, design a cutting processing experiment of superfine BTA deep-hole drilling, testifying the theory and conclusion of axis line deflection which mentioned above through the results of experimental.
