Analysis Of Fine Particulate Pollution In Jinan And Management Recommendations

Atmospheric fine particulate matter pollution is currently one of the atmospheric environmental problems, which our country faces the most severely, it endangers hum-an body health and has important influence to climate change. Jinan is the capital of Shandong province, in a stage of rapid industrialization and urbanization development, and it is subject to the influence of the terrain and weather conditions, leading to very outstanding fine particulate matter pollution problem, with great harm to the health of urban residents. Choosing Jinan as the research object, this paper analyzed the changes of time and space of fine particulate matter pollution trend. From the macroscopic angle the study analyses the influencing the fine particulate matter pollution main factors, at last in view of the actual situation of Jinan, suggest-ing to management, with very vital significance. The research results show that PM2.5 showed a trend of falling form of Jinan city in recent 20 years, but a sharp rise in the concentrations of PM2.5 in 2013; Fine particulate matter concentrations in a year present monthly change,when it’s not heating season concentration,it’s low, in the heating season,the concentration is higher, reflecting the change tendency of Jinan winter heating combustion contribution to the fine particulate matter; On the spatial distribution, Jinan fine particle concentration distribution shows more obvious spatial differences. The main effect of fine particulate matter pollution factor analysis results show that the Jinan secundiparity proportion is on the high side; The total energy consumption shows an increasing trend, in the energy structure coal is major, energy structure is not reasonable; In Jinan industrial structure, electricity, steam, hot water production and supply industry, ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, oil processing and coking and nuclear fuel processing, non-metallic mineral products and chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry, which are heavy air pollution industries stand a large proportion; From the spatial layout, the distribution of the industrial base of fine particulate matter pollution. Unreasonable industrial layout, the increased number of vehicles and the building construction dust and so on are main influence factors of fine particulate matter pollution. Finally, in view of the actual situation of Jinan city, this article from the policy, industrial structure and layout optimization, environmental management, public participation and so suggestions on Jinan fine paniculate matter pollution prevention management are put forward, hoping to help the related decision makers find more perspective to solve the problem.
