Under the background of climate change, environmental pollution and energy shortage, economic sustainable development is gradually taken seriously. As a high energy consumption and carbon emission industry, logistics brings a lot of environmental problems.Research on regional logistics carbon emissions is an effective way to reduce logistics carbon emissions and the transformation of the growth mode of logistic. This dissertation studies the carbon emissions differences of regional logistics and its influence factors of regional logistics based on the present situation of regional logistics carbon emissions. Firstly, collecting the relevant data from 1998 to 2012, this dissertation uses the methods of standard deviation, data range, coefficient of variation and Theil index to measure differences, and compare the degree of differences of eight regional logistics in the levels of carbon emissions on the basic of the overall characteristics of energy consumption and carbon emissions. Secondly, this dissertation decomposes the regional logistics carbon difference factors by LMDI model. On one hand, it calculates the influence degree and effects of each type of factors. On the other hand, it studies the main factors affecting carbon emissions of different areas from regional perspective. Finally, it gives some control strategy of carbon emissions based on the influencing factors of regional logistics according to the results of the analysis. The research result shows that the carbon emissions.presents discrepancies. The lever of logistics carbon emissions is quite different as the basic unit of eight areas. The main reason for the differences is that the development of logistics carbon emissions among the areas is unbalanced. The impact on the role of regional logistics carbon emissions among the factors of industry scale, population scale, energy intensity and energy structure effect is different. Different areas should establish long-term carbon emissions control mechanism of logistics combine with its own development characteristics to reduce carbon emissions, to promote the sustainable development of regional logistics.
