The injection molding of bamboo plastic composite has been a trend with the development of industry, even though the buckling deformation is still a huge obstacle in today’s developing. Therefore the main project is to decrease buckling deformation in the precondition of satisfying with requirement of material.The study has been done comprehensive research for BPC products’ buckling deformation. The first step was to simulating the injection experiment by Moldflow software. Second,the orthogonal matrix testing was done by changing injection temperature, mold temperature, injection time, holding time, and cooling time. Finally, undertook bamboo plastic composite injection molding experiment.In this paper, the following content has been included:1.Expounded the research development of injection molding based on the numerical analysis and the reasons and factors for buckling deformation,respectively.2.Built the product’s entity model, determined the gate location,simulated the process of filling,pressure,cooling and warp through Moldflow software.3.The product’s warping deformation from X,Y,Z three direction were set as testing index, meanwhile the injection molding temperature, injection time,injection time, holding time and cooling time were set as factors,in this case, the orthogonal matrix L25(65) can set up by CAE software. The orthogonal matrix testing has been applied to get the order of the factors’ influence for buckling deformation as follow:holding time t2>cooling time t3 >injection time t1>mold temperature T2 > injection temperature T1.According this result, the best optimum technological combination concluded as 230℃ of infection temperature,56℃ of mold temperature,2.2s of injection time, 16 MPa of pressure and 60 s of cooling time.4.Through setting in five input variable data of mold temperature, injection time, injection temperature, holding time, cooling time and there output variables of warping deformation from x, y, z three directions,and learning samples from orthogonal experiment,the neural network BP model can be built. But,in order to verify the numerical approximation accuracy of model, five groups of samples have been added. Finally, the result represented that the maximum error from X, Y, Z three were 5.85%,6.71%, 4.17%.5.According to the actual production requirement, the BPC materials has been prepared.Then injection experiments did in the guidance of the BP neural network calibration sample.Then comparing the products’ measuring warp values and the predicted results from neural network.The result showed the maximum error results in the X, Y, Z direction are 10.5%, 10.6%, 11.5%,while the error between actual and predicted warp values has been obtained. respectively. Although the maximum error is more than 10%, the maximum error between the actual output and the experimental results were all less than 0.05 mm.Therefore, the BP model for prediction showed perfect accuracy.
