Plastic parts with its peculiar nature gradually replaces the metal parts, greatly reduces the project cost. Plastic has its own disadvantages, especially the warping deformation. Ability to solve buckling deformation as the symbol of the measure of a factory production capacity.This paper analyses the characteristics of plastic polymer, injection molding process, the causes and influencing factors of warping deformation, on the basis of this, from product design methodology, experimental study and theoretical research, elaborated the research status and development trend both at home and abroad. In this paper, the basic equations of fluid mechanics, the assumption and the simplification of the basic equations, the viscosity model, the boundary conditions, and so on, are introduced.Before the design mold, first to the numerical simulation for the product, to achieve the effect of anticipation, which guides the mold design and processing.First stent as an example, based on the laser buckling deformation was identified as the evaluation index of product quality, mold temperature, melt temperature, injection pressure,injection time, holding pressure time, is set to influence factors. With five factors, four levels orthogonal experiment. Based on MOLDFLOW software, the buckling deformation of the product were studied.Then, using range analysis method, the influence factors of process parameters are analyzed, and then the optimized combination is selected. The influence factors of the process parameters on the evaluation index were obtained by using the method of variance statistics.Using single factor analysis method, the influence of the factors on the evaluation index is analyzed. Taking into account the volume shrinkage associated with the evaluation index,using gray correlation analysis method, the comprehensive study of these two evaluation index.Then, according to the change of the thickness of the bottom of the laser bracket, the optimal structure of the scaffold is sought.Finally, a neural network model is established, based on the orthogonal experiment of 16 groups of data samples.The number of neurons in the hidden layer was determined by the method of keeping a method.Another 5 sets of data are used to compare the simulation results with the prediction results. In order to meet the requirements of "high speed and high efficiency" in the process of production, it provides a quick method for other simulation.
