Based on spontaneous heat composites of carbon material is a new type of woodiness material, have spontaneous heat function, mainly used in heating on the floor, the development of the materials to save energy and reduce pollution is of great significance. In order to make wood have spontaneous heat function, based on the woodiness material as the main raw material, carbon materials to enhance heating material, nano heating technique and the combination of man-made board, the preparation of spontaneous hot wood composite materials (spontaneous hot graphite composites, carbon felt spontaneous composite materials, far infrared electric heating ink spontaneous hot composite materials), and the electric properties of three kinds of spontaneous heat material were studied.The main research results are as follows:(1) Spontaneous hot graphite/wood composite materials, the optimal process, the graphite particle size is 300 mesh, graphite added amount to 50%, titanate coupling agent added amount to 5%, through experiment found that under the condition of the thermal conductive performance is best, the coefficient of thermal conductivity of composite materials is 0.0666 W/m·K. When the input power of 20W, electricity composite material surface temperature of 36 ℃ after 15min.(2) the spontaneous heat carbon felt/wood composite materials, the optimal process: 3mm specifications of composite material of the preparation of carbon felt, through experiment under the condition of the thermal conductive performance and electric performance, best measured thermal conductivity is 0.0858 W/m·K. When the input power of 10W, electricity after 15min temperature of 36℃ ; When the input power is 15W, electricity after 15min temperature reach 41 ℃ ; When the input power of 20W, electricity temperature of 45 ℃ after 15 min.(3) Spontaneous heat far-infrared electric ink/wood composite materials:testing found that three kinds of coated try all but sex, board face temperature difference is small, the temperature distribution is uniform, due to the shape of the coating is different, the same power, the shape of different coating fever is also different. At room temperature when the input power of 10W, electricity 15 min after the coating surface temperature of 31 ℃ , strip coating surface temperature of 31 ℃ , U-shaped loop coating surface temperature reached 33 ℃ ; At room temperature when the input power is 15W,15 min after the electricity coated temperature reaches 35℃ , strip coating surface temperature of 36℃ , U-shaped loop coating surface temperature of 36℃ ; At room temperature when the input power of 20W,15 min after the electricity coated temperature reaches 38℃ , strip coating the surface temperature of 40 ℃ , U-shaped loop coating surface temperature of 45 ℃ .(4)Based on the theory of computational fluid dynamics, a physical model of electric heating plate, using Fluent software for heating process of electric heating plate dynamic simulation, the simulation results with the experimental test data, verify the validity of the simulation model.
