With the development of smart textiles,the demand for smart heating garments in the market is also increasing.Electric heating garment is a kind of active heating garment that converts electric energy into electric energy through electric heating element.It is mainly composed of power source,electric heating element,temperature control circuit and protection circuit.Electric heating element is the core of this kind of clothing,and its performance directly affects the heating effect of electric heating clothing.In order to study the electric heating elements with easy preparation,multi-function and excellent performance,this paper designed and prepared an electric heating film composed of two layers of polyimide film and copper foil as sandwich structure,and tested it for infrared thermal performance.SEM,stability test,etc.,and also discussed the resistance-temperature relationship of the electrothermal film,analyzed the performance advantages of the electrothermal film as a temperature sensor component,and combined it with clothing and apparel to simulate the actual application.In addition,the performance difference of flexible electric heating fabrics prepared by different conductive materials coatings was also studied.The different effects of polydopamine(PDA)and PEDOT conductive materials on knitted cotton fabrics and woven cotton fabrics coated with polypyrrole(PPY)conductive materials were analyzed that mainly through SEM electron microscopy,thickness test,resistance test,infrared thermal performance test,etc.Then,the PEDOT+PPY coated knitted cotton fabric with the best comprehensive performance was summarized.In this paper,the problem of sample packaging is also solved.By designing the peel strength test,the best use of the adhesive lining is the use of the "non-woven lining?non-woven lining"combination.Adding external wires to prepare the applicable samples,The differences in thermal properties of the samples before and after packaging were analyzed through the infrared thermal performance test comparison.The conclusion is as follows:the temperature distribution of the polyimide electrothermal film is uniform,and the heating effect is remarkable.The temperature of about 40°C can be reached in less than 2 min at 5V;the resistance is very stable at normal temperature(about 20?)and high temperature(about 170?).It,s resistance and temperature also have a high linear correlation.It is excellent for long-time repeated use and continuous use under high temperature(about 170?)and high pressure(20V).At a constant temperature and humidity environment of temperature(20±0.5)?and relative humidity(6510.5)%RH,the electric heating film is placed in the waist and worn on the human body,the heating effect is very good.In the flexible electric heating fabrics with different conductive materials coatings,the resistance becomes larger when PPY coated knitted cotton fabric and the woven cotton fabric after coating the PDA,and the resistance after the PEDOT is becomes smaller;the PEDOT coated PPY knitted cotton fabric has the best effect,it,s maximum equilibrium temperature of 45?can be reached within 2 min under 5V,which has a very good application prospect.
