Automatic guided vehicle is according to the set automatic route running or pulling the loading platform to the designated place, and then automatically or manually loading and unloading of industrial vehicles. At present, in the food workshop material handling still done by the manual with a simple mechanical device. Such a waste of human resources and increase plant production cost. In the process of transportation is easy to produce cross infection and effect to the safety of the food. Unmanned automatic guided vehicle can solve this problem, and make the factory reasonable use of human resource.In view of the above situation, I’m on the measurement and control system of automatic guided vehicle in food workshop environment is studied. Through the research on the structure of automated guided vehicles, the body adopts four wheel steering type hinge shaft. Automatic guided vehicle using servo control the direction of the vehicle, DC motor with large torque as the drive to control the speed of the vehicle. The measurement and control system according to the module division, to realize the accurate operation of the automatic guided vehicle through coordination between the various modules. With the Freescale series of MC9S12XS128 as the control chip of the vehicle, and select suitable for humid environment and economical applicable hardware to build the corresponding hardware circuit. Due to the complexity of food shop environment, the vehicle uses magnetic stripe to guide and magnetic navigation sensor to identify the path in food workshop. The system to guide with a luminescent substance point and to identify with photoelectric sensor at the connecting between the workshop. In the control of automated guided vehicle, through the study of the different control algorithm, the system adopts Bang- Bang control combined with PID control to control the speed of automatic guided vehicle. The fuzzy adaptive PID to realize the control of the direction of the vehicle, and through the simulation and comparison of traditional control to verify the control effect. At last, on the car speed, correction and performance test of automatic guided vehicle.
