Quality and performance evaluation of perforator products are essential for productivity and lifetime of oil and gas well. Autoclave simulation detection system can not only reflect performance characteristics of perforator products in ultrahigh-pressure and high-temperature oil well environment, but also improve technical level of perforation, and make tremendous contributions for development of oil and gas industry. This thesis studies evaluation methods and specifications of perforator products, then designs a detection system of explosive devices for oil well.Firstly, based on design parameters and failure criteria of high pressure explosion vessel, detonation characteristics of explosive devices are studied. Cylinder and key structures of autoclave are designed and calculated to ensure that test equipment is safe and available. Autoclave is a major infrastructure used to simulate ultrahigh-pressure and high-temperature oil well environment, and to test explosive devices.Secondly, a hydraulic control system is designed to provide ultrahigh pressure. And its model is developed with a new method-- Power Bond Graph, its simulation is carried out too.Thirdly, a computer control system is designed to meet general requirements including hardware, software, and 8 modules: initialization module, system process module, manual control module, control algorithm module, hydraulic control module, instrument communication module, chain protection module, data processing module, data monitoring module. Bang-Bang control algorithm combined PLC controller are used.Finally, hydraulic pressure test is carried out. Test results were analyzed and compared with theoretical values and simulation values. The conclusion is that the system is noted of its simple operation, high detecting precision, working safety and reliability etc.
