| Moving jaw possess a well kinetic characteristic is the fundamental factor to determine compound pendulum jaw crusher high performance. The performance improvement can be achieved by the way of optimization, so the movement mechanism size parameters optimization is a key to improve product performance. And compound pendulum jaw crusher’s moving jaw produces much big inertia force of cyclical fluctuations, which is the main motivation to cause crusher vibration. The inertia force not only increase motion pair wear, reduce the machine bearings and plates’ service life, but also limit the crusher application in the mobile station.. So it is necessary to study the compound pendulum jaw crusher’s kinematic and dynamic characteristics.(1) In this paper, taking PE-1007 compound pendulum jaw crusher for example, and based on the MATLAB software to optimize its kinematic and dynamic character-ristics. Optimization results show that: the Characteristics value of discharge port is 1.697, reduced 50% with traditional crusher compared, which reach the expected effect of mechanism kinetic characteristic improvement and tooth wear reducing. The frame maximum horizontal vibration force dropped from 33076 N to 9523 N, decreased by 71.2%, vibration amplitude decreased by 77.5%, greatly reduce the vibration and noise of the crusher and improve the service life of bearing and jaw plate, which creates condition for crusher with no anchor bolt installation.(2) Building compound pendulum jaw crusher movement mechanism’s threedimensional model in Solid Works 2012, and assembly model interference analysis shows that component design and cooperate are correct, which provide the safeguard for crusher dynamics simulation.(3) Substituting the PE-1007 compound pendulum jaw crusher model into Adams to simulate, with the simulation results show that the characteristic valve of movable jaw discharging port and centric acceleration are almost the same with the theoretical value. The movable jaw has favorable motion characteristics, and prototype model is reasonable in design. Taking Adams software as the experimental platform, through the orthogonal experiment to get primary and secondary order about the effect of weight balance frame vibration and the minimum vibration’s optimal combination.The minimum vibration force is 8493 N, which is decreased by 10.8% on the basis of analytical optimization vibration The results have guiding significance for the enterprise production. |
