The jaw crusher is suitable for crushing coarse and medium crushing compressive strength of all kinds of ores and rocks below 250 MPa,Because the structure of jaw crusher is simple,the models are complete and has been large-scaled,The jaw crusher is widely used in mineral processing,building materials,silicate,chemical industry and other industrial sectors.Chinese equipment factory has successfully developed variety models of efficient jaw crusher,Processing power from 100 to 600t/h,In order to meet the demand of large scale production equipment,Company is developing a greater treatment jaw crusher,However the design of large jaw crusher is also remain in the theoretical and empirical design stage,I find kinematics analysis,size parameter optimization design,3D modeling,crushing force simulation,finite element analysis and strength check are very important.In this design,Firstly,Based on the empirical formula to calculate dimension parameters and working parameters of jaw crusher,In order to determine the range of the parameters,constraint conditions for the optimization design of dimensional parameters,Provide the basis for the selection of the matching equipment of crusher.Kinematic analysis of the crank linkage mechanism of jaw crusher.Under the premise of guarantee the mechanism of motion,the range of parameters and the geometric relationship between each parameter,Creat a mathematical model for optimizing the design of dimensional parameters base on the maximum production capacity as the objective function,Optimized design the motion dimension parameter of jaw crusher through the fmincon function in MATLAB,Through the optimization of the size parameters,the production capacity of the crusher can reach the maximum value.It is helpful to reduce the energy consumption of the crusher and improve the crushing efficiency.In this paper,I also use the discrete element analysis software EDEM to simulate the actual crushing process of the crusher.On this basis,Using ABAQUS to analyse the main parts of the crusher,including modal analysis of the frame and the eccentric shaft,Load the EDEM simulated real breaking force onto the jaw crusher,The dynamic analysis of thecrusher is carried out by ABAQUS.Check the size of the optimization design of the crusher to meet the strength requirements.
