With the development of science and technology, the improvement of mechanization, automation, integration of continuous coal mine. In order to increase labor productivity, prevent the occurrence of disasters and accidents, make production activities of the lowest mortality rate, achieve the purpose of scientific management, The construction of a reliable, flexible and smooth coal mine monitoring system has become essential in the construction of modern coal mine construction. For all the parameters of underground transmission to the ground monitoring control room, to seek for the underground communication technology wells signal is one of the key technologies to ensure the normal operation of the monitoring system.The paper put between the mine work environment and the combination of both optical fiber communication technology, puts forward the design scheme. Based on the multiplex technology, the system gives the overall design method, at the same time, considering essential factor of the environmental characteristics of coal mine roadway’s special requirements, the transmission characteristics of optical fiber, transmission distance, the size of the information, and so on, make sure the establishment of the system scale, work window, light transmission rate of the overall parameters of signal. At the same time, the comprehensive consideration of system construction, cost, performance and other factors, ultimately determine the composition of the system model, parameters of optical fiber and other elements, to determine the overall signal transmission system based on reuse technology. The signal transmission mode in the signal transmission system design in this article, by comparing the NRZ and RZ, and according to the actual situation of contemporary mine communication, considering the difficulty of the management of the link, the final system design in the form of source code to use NRZ.In addition, according to the signal nonlinear characteristics of spectral efficiency, as well as the restriction of light transmission, the multi-level phase modulation technology is introduced in the system, to investigate the modulation technology and 8DPSK two forms, compared 8DPSK with OQPSK, the ability to carry the information of the signal transmission is high 8DPSK,and when OQPSK in coding conversion, still a wide band, high frequency rolling slow, discontinuous phase change, technology is difficult to achieve, the final choice of the signal transmission scheme based on 8DPSK Technology. At the same time, there is a nonlinear effect in the signal transmission process, this paper gives the corresponding processing method to overcome error in signal transmission.This paper also uses MATLAB software, simulating the overall performance of individual component and system design, and the results show that the design scheme and system design objectives consistent with the requirements. Finally, also the simulation experiments of all the components of the system signal transmission system, showing this paper illustrates the design scheme can meet the target system, to prove the feasibility of the designed system and guarantee the stability and reliability of system.Therefore, according to the proposed in this paper, the design of mine optical fiber transmission system for the future of the coal mine safety production is important for advanced guiding significance.
