The technics of producing Sb2O3from dust after refining Bi-crude antimonyoxide rich in As by hydrochloric acid leaching, hydrolyzing, dechlordizing. At thesame time study leaching and removing As in the crude antimony oxide with NaOHsolution.When the conditions are controlled to be at a temperature of60℃,leaching timeof1.5h, ratio of liquid volume to solid mass3︰1, and1.2times the theoretic amountof NaOH, the leaching rate of As reachs53.48%and Sb is only1.41%.By adding HCl,the optimum conditions for the As and Sb leaching aretemperature of60℃,leaching time of1.5h, ratio of liquid volume to solid mass3︰1,and,1.2times the theoretic amount of NaOH under which,99.5%Sb,35.11%As areleached.When the temperature is20℃,reaction time is30min, ratio of water to SbCl3solution is10︰1, the hydrolyzing rate of SbCl3arrives98.25%.The dechloridizing rate reachs96.23%in the condition of reaction temperature20℃, reaction time30min,1.2times the theoretic amount of ammonia, ratio of liquidto solid1.6︰1.
