As the world textile change rapidly, comfort, health, safety, environmental protection hasbecome the theme of life. Demand for apparel fabric is more scientific, humane anddiversification. Not only want to "wear a beautiful", people pay more attention to "wear ahealthy". Therefore multi functional textiles with healthy and comfortable gradually become thedevelopment mainstream of textile industry. Due to the impact of global warming and ozonelayer destruction, the body is vulnerable to UV invasion, especially in summer. At the same timethe hot temperature can cause the human body sweating a lot and discomfort. So to develop asummer fabric with multi functions such as resistance to ultraviolet, cool, moisture absorptionperspiration and take comfort is of great significance, which can guarantee the health demands ofpeople in the summer outdoor.In order to obtain multi-function fabric, firstly, fully considering the properties of cool fiber,ultraviolet resistant fiber and other fiber, chose honeycomb jade polyester fiber, honeycomb antiultraviolet polyester fiber, bamboo and Tencel as materias. Secondly, used the scanning electronmicroscope to observe the morphological characteristics of the functional fiber, and tested thebasic physical and mechanical performance. The experimental results showed that thelongitudinal surface of jade polyester fiber and anti ultraviolet polyester fiber has microporehoneycomb structure which is throughout the whole fiber. So the fiber has large specific surfacearea, better capillary effect, well absorption and conduction function. Honeycomb jade polyesterfiber containing jade powder with sub nanometer particle size, has a natural antibacterial, healthcare functions and good heat conduction performance. Honeycomb anti ultraviolet polyesterfiber containing nano TiO2, has a strong UV absorption.Fully considering the base fiber on the performance of selected, designed amulti-component fibers blended yarn of honeycomb anti ultraviolet polyester fiber/bamboofiber/honeycomb jade fiber (30/40/30) and its samples of G Series. The relevant performancestested and showed that the UPF was not reached40, so anti ultraviolet performance of fabricsneeded to be improved. Therefore designed3kinds of multi-component fibers blended yarn, including honeycomb anti ultraviolet polyester fiber/Tencel/honeycomb jade fiber (50/30/20),honeycomb anti ultraviolet polyester fiber/bamboo fiber/honeycomb jade fiber (50/30/20),honeycomb anti ultraviolet polyester fiber/bamboo fiber/honeycomb jade fiber (50/40/10).Yarns’tensile performance tested and analyzed, the results showed that the mechanical propertiesof the blended yarn all can meet the requirements of weaving. Considering the requirements ofweaving and object functions, designed5series of fabric sample.Functionality tests about fabrics of series A, B, C, D, E, such as anti ultraviolet performance,contact coldness, heat conduction, capillary effect, moisture absorption and fast dry performance,and fabric related wearability, such as permeability, anti crease resistance, drapability, anti pillingwere tested and analyzed. It can be concluded that when the fabric tightness was greater than84.43%, the influence of anti ultraviolet properties was mainly of fiber raw material. When thefabric tightness was less than84.43%, the fabric porosity are the main influence factors. With thesame structure and warp and weft density, fabric contact apathetic increases with the increasingof honeycomb jade fiber. Compared Tencel and bamboo fiber with the same content, betterchoose Tencel to improve the fabric coolness. Using fuzzy mathematics to evaluate thecomprehensive performance of fabrics. It showed that considering the performance of antiultraviolet, coolness, absorption and quick-drying, fabric weaving frequency should be better inthe range of0.2-0.4. The fabric with honeycomb anti ultraviolet polyester fiber/bamboo fiber/honeycomb jade fiber (50/40/10) as material has better comprehensive properties.To enhance the anti ultraviolet of fabrics, the paper chose3#yarn as raw material whichcontains natural anti ultraviolet properties of bamboo fiber. And designed6kind of fabrics on Fseries. The performance analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation consequence showed thatfabric with honeycomb anti ultraviolet polyester fiber/bamboo fiber/honeycomb jade fiber(50/40/10) as material, satin weave has better comprehensive properties, when warp density was48/cm, fabric weft density is55/cm. Which are better suitable for developing bedclothes.Finally, combining with the test and analysis results, the paper used50%honeycomb antiUV fiber40%bamboo fiber10%honeycomb jade fiber blended yarn as warp and weft yarnmaterial. Design high-grade shirts and casual fabrics with fashion trends and various functions.
