Verify and analyze the componentparameters and function realization of gluing system by fluid simulation software FLUENT, provethat the gluing system is feasible and reliable to work.Secondly, on the basis of gluing system and other functional modules of the PUR cementingmachine, make the overall design of and establish digital prototype model of PUR cementingmachine.Finally, from the PUR cementing machine’s mechanical structure and electrical control twoaspects analyze the function principle, man-machine interaction and control methods.Through the above theoretical analysis, we can have a profound and thorough grasp towardsthe mechanical structure, working principle and electrical control, and lay a solid foundation for themanufacture of physical prototyping.
