| Conical shell which is a kind of functional cover body with a similar shape is used for protecting the internal structure.In order to avoid affecting the electrical performance of the internal structure,most of the conical shell adopts ceramic material.As ceramic materials belong to hard and brittle materials,it is difficult to use the traditional mechanical method through the way of drilling and bolt connection to fix conical shell on the base body.So the metal connecting ring as a transition piece is used to connect conical shell with base body.The main research contents of this paper are to solve the problems in the gluing process of conical shell and connection ring.In order to make the conical shell be connected with the base body accurately,the conical shell and the connecting ring need to ensure the required coaxiality requirements after the bonding.Traditional gluing process of conical shell is mainly based on the way of manual bonding.It is difficult to ensure the consistency of the finished products and the bonding efficiency because of the difficulty in adjusting the position and the positioning accuracy,to a great extent,depends on the experience of the workers.At the same time,the measurement work of conical shell still use the contact dial indicator as a measurement tool.As the sampling rate of this contact measurement is low,it can’t guarantee the high-speed sampling requirements.Also the accuracy of dial indicator can only achieve micron range measurement and it can’t complete the data storage and data analysis automatically.As can be seen from the above problems,there is an urgent need of an automatic conical shell gluing and measuring equipment with convenient positioning and accurate measurement.Based on this demand,this paper studies the key technologies of automatic conical shell gluing and measuring equipment.The research includes the following contents:(1)Pointing at the outstanding problems existing in the present gluing process of conical shell,the functional requirements of the equipment are analyzed.An overall scheme for automatic gluing and measuring equipment is proposed.(2)According to the general requirements of equipment,the design of positioning unit,measurement unit and pneumatic and vacuum system were emphasized,which solve the problem of conical shell and connecting ring positioning in mechanical structure.Creo3.0software was used to build the virtual prototype of the conical shell gluing and measuring equipment.(3)Combined with IPC,an open CNC system based on motion control card and data acquisition card as core was developed.The numerical control system can complete the movement and position control of each axis of the equipment.Acquisition,processing,displaying and storing of data can also be completed through the CNC system.(4)Under the software development environment of VB6.0,the special software of the conical shell positioning and measuring equipment was designed.The software is based on the principles of safety,practicality and convenience and realizes the human-computer interaction function.In the premise of ensuring the requirements of qualified products,the functions have been developed for manual calibration and the detection of the finished products.(5)The experiment of conical shell gluing was carried out on the developed equipment after calibration.The finished products are in accordance with the requirements of strength,air tightness and x ray flaw detection.The measurement result of radial runout value on the specific section was fit in with the target.The measured results on the measuring system of the equipment were compared with the ones on coordinate measuring machine and the maximum deviation value was 0.056 mm. |
