The advent of the era of economic globalization, information technology innovation and application, makes the logistics task and demand more and more complex, cover area more and more widely. Logistics enterprises have realized it is very difficult to respond to market opportunities and meet customer requirements reply on its own logistics resources and capabilities. Logistics enterprises are no longer work independently. They start to form Dynamic Logistics Alliance to participate in market competition. The dynamic logistics alliance has gradually become the main organizational form of the development of logistics enterprises. In recent years, low carbon has become the focus of the world’s attention. As the main organizational form of the future development of logistics enterprises, how to reduce carbon emissions of Dynamic Logistics Alliance, building Low-carbon Dynamic Logistics Alliance will become the important issues. In the process of the establishment and operation healthily of the dynamic logistics alliance based on low carbon, the partner selection is the key. Different dynamic logistics alliance partners accomplish the same logistics task will producing different carbon emissions. Through scientific and reasonable method to choose dynamic logistics alliance partners based on low carbon, can make the dynamic logistics alliance form and run successfully, enhance the overall strength and competitiveness, complete logistics tasks smoothly, at the same time, achieve the goal to reduce emissions of dynamic logistics alliance.In this paper, we study the partner selection problem of dynamic logistics alliance based on low carbon whose core enterprise is the third party logistics enterprises. After reviewing a very large number of dynamic logistics alliance partners and low carbon logistics research, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of dynamic logistics alliance partner selection, dynamic logistics alliance partner selection based on low-carbon targets, the existence conditions, for dynamic logistics alliance partner selection based on low carbon process design and the method of choice, establish a combination model for dynamic logistics alliance partner selection based on low carbon. Finally, set E company as the research object for dynamic logistics alliance partner selection based on low carbon the empirical analysis, the conclusion showed that the application of the model can make the core enterprises to select the best partner of dynamic logistics alliance based on low carbon, accomplish logistics task with high quality, reduce carbon emissions, obtain the economic benefit and environmental benefit at the same time.
