Anammox needs small footprint, low power consumption, low cost, it resulted in nitrogen, no secondary pollution to the environment. It is considered a biological nitrogen removal technology with significant advantage and meet the sustainable development. However, bacteria multiplication of Anammox takes too long, low yield of cells, susceptible to outside interference and stromal toxicants. This topic combined membrane seperation and Anammox to made an Anammox-MBR. Study the denitrification efficiency and the effect of Stromal toxicants of Anammox-MBR in different HRT and nitrogen concentration. Find out the suitable conditions for the enrichment of anammox bacteria;represented the characteristics of the sludge and microbe, examine its enrichment circumstances.Study on the startup and operating performance of Anammox reactor:(1)The start-up process of Anammox-MBR is divided into active lag phase(5d) and active recovery(13d), the processing efficiency of more than 50%, reaching the stable operation of the reactor.Through the 230 d experiment, we can find the suitable parameters of the reactor, pH value control between 7.8-8.0, the temperature was(30±1)℃, HRT was 8h, aeration of argon was 0.15m3/h.(2)Adjust the nitrogen load in the reactor by controlling the HRT and influent substrate concentration. The total nitrogen load was 0.102 kg/(m3·d), 0.15kg/(m3·d), 0.204 kg/(m3·d), 0.30 kg/(m3·d),it is divided into four phases, each of them running 45 d, 45 d, 45 d, 52 d. TN removal rate of the fourth paragraph was 82% on average. The total nitrogen removal efficiency promoted step by step, to a certain extent, showed the process in high ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment advantages.(3) We can know that the removal effect of the mode of low concentration high flux is better than high concentration low flux. It is a stable and highly efficient operation mode of Anammox.Study the inhibition concentration of matrixin nitrogen in anammox through different batch experiments, deduce to determine the diversity of Anammox process and change trend of metabolic intermediates with the matrix of nitrogen.(1)Half saturation constant of ammonia was 178.64mg/L, half saturation constant of nitrite nitrogen was 49.52mg/L; ammonia inhibition constant was 957.61mg/L, inhibition constant of nitrite nitrogen was 119.86mg/L; maximum matrix reaction rate is 0.082mg/mg MLSS-1h-1.When nitrogen removal rate was 0.237 kg Nm-3d-1, yield of anammox cells was about 0.085gVSS/gNH4+-N, the specific growth rate was 0.0028/h, the culture doubling time was 10.29 d.(2)With the increase of nitrogen concentration, hydroxy ammonia concentration of anaerobic ammonia oxidation process was maintained at a relatively low level, hydrazine concentrated obviously.Investigate efficient anammox sludge in the reactor through the physics characterization and chemical properties.Sedimentation rate of efficiency anammox sludge was 28m/h, SVI30 was 41mL/g.The hemoglobin content was 2.8 mol/gVSS. the diameter range of sludge in the reactor at the 40 d, 180 d, 230 d, increased from 5μm-95μm to 120μm-210μm. The results of the study showed that, there were many enzymes required for anaerobic ammonia oxidation in the reactor. Anaerobic ammonium oxidation sludge enriched gradually with the tendency of particles.
