With the continuous development of our economy, more and more large manned amusement machines are put on the market.The security performance of the amusement machines directly affects the personal safety of tourists,so the simulation analysis of performance of amusement machines is particularly important. In order to judge Whether the security performance of the large manned amusement machine meet the requirements, its kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis is carried out based on virtual prototype technology.In addition,it can also shorten the development cycle,reduce cost and improve product quality and performance.The main research content is as follows:1, The establishment of the rigid model, rigid-flexible coupling model and simulation analysis model of the amusement machine(1) Pro/E software is used to build a three-dimensional model of main components of amusement machine, and the model is simplified and assembled, then the rigid model is generated;(2) Using finite element analysis software to generate MNF modal neutral file, and the rigid model is replaced by the flexible body in ADAMS,then the rigid-flexible coupling model is generated;(3) According to the requirements of different working conditions,the rigid body model and the rigid-flexible coupling model are added with physical properties, kinematic pair and defined driving function, so the simulation analysis model is generated.2, With the use of ADAMS software, simulation analysis models of the rigid body and the rigid-flexible coupling model of the amusement machine are respectively carried out kinematics and dynamics simulation under two working conditions.3,Based on D’Alembert’s principle,the matrix method of kinetostatics analysis is used to calculate and analyze the braking force of the left arm-cockpit.Using ADAMS software to carry out kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis based on the rigid body and the rigid-flexible coupling simulation model of the amusement machine;So the displacement time domain graph,acceleration time domain graph and the original driving force curve with changing of time of the observation points are obtained, and the paths of key parts of the amusement machine are drawn;According to the results of software simulation analysis, the performances of the amusement machine are evaluated; the left arm-cockpit braking force is calculated and compared with the results of MATLAB simulation.
