The pressure of the new type 3000 fracturing truck under working condition is very high.The maximum output pressure is almost about 140 MPa and its working environment is very bad.The abnormal vibration emerged in some gears,affecting the work quality and service life of the fracturing truck,and the frame fatigue aroused by the cyclic stress.In order to meet the needs of fracturing truck normal operation,improve dynamic performance of travel and operation,reduce vibration of stage equipment,this paper focuses on a study about dynamic characteristics and key components of fracturing truck,proposed vehicle vibration dramatic improvement program through simulation,through tests to verify the reasonableness of the improvement program and the scientific of Virtual Prototype Simulation.Creating the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of the fracturing truck including “flexible chassis-power transmission-fracturing pump”,comprehensively considering the effects of several factors which including tires,suspension stiffness,the degree of coupling tire and the ground,stage engine incentive and motivation of fracturing pump;realized parameterization of fracturing truck vibration analysis,shorten the development cycle of new products greatly,provides a theoretical guidance for the fracturing truck of the scientific restructuring;random subspace modal identification technology,revealed the laws of fracturing truck vibrations at low frequencies,multi-frequency,large amplitude excitation.Two vibration control measures about the modification of the structure were mentioned in this paper.Forwarding the position of the triplex pump,the simulation calculating the vibration attenuation is 8.15% and the test is 7.10% when the forwarding position was 400mm;Supporting the fracturing pump truck through hydraulic support legs,the simulation calculating the vibration attenuation is 76.43% and the test is 66.63%,as can be seen,the hydraulic support can effectively control the vibration of the fracturing pump truck under working condition.From errors about physical prototypes and virtual prototyping,data are relatively close,the data error is less than 21%,so it meets the requirements of engineering error.Clearly,the simulation of vibration data can be reflected the vibration under working condition.Modal analysis of the frame was accomplished with hydraulic support legs.The results show that the first mode of the vehicle is significantly improved(the first order mode is 39.29Hz),avoid the frequency range of the excitation frequency in the working range of the three cylinder pump completely and can be avoided occurrence of resonance effectively.Transient dynamics analysis of the frame was accomplished with hydraulic support legs.By simulation,it is proved that it can meet the needs of the use.
