Since the concept of river ecosystem health has raised,it has been developing and perfecting,and now it is admitted widely by people,becoming a research hotspot.As an important river inShandong Province,research on the ecosystem health assessment of Xiaoqing River can helpmaster its health status at present,providing scientific basis for the river management.In this paper,we select the main stream of Xiaoqing River as the the researchobject.According to the actual circumstance of Xiaoqing River,twelve sampling points areselected and four times of sampling is conducted in May,July,September and November.Eachtime we collect qualitative and quantitative samples and water sapmles,then bring back to lab foranalysis.After obtaining data,we analyse the ecosystem health of Xiaoqing River from chemicalparameters, phytoplankton, fuzzy synthetic evaluation model.The detail information are asfollows.1. According to chemical parameters of the ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD,and chlorophyll a·s changes in different seasons and sampling points,we conclude that the waterquality of Xiaoqing River is the best in summer,the worst in winter.From the headstream toestuary the ammonia concentration and total phosphorus concentration change is taking a turnfor the better while the COD concentration change is on the opposite.The pollution degree ofreducing matter is getting higher.The river is under medium to severe pollution situation overall.2. The phytoplankton belongs to8phyla,53genera,of which17genera belongs tochlorophyta, accounting for32.1%of the total,15genera belongs to bacillariophyta, ccountingfor28.3%of the total,11genera belongs to cyanophyta, accounting for20.8%of the total,4genera belongs to euglenophyta, accounting for7.5%of the total,3genera belongs to pyrrophyta,accounting for5.6%of the total, cryptophyta,xanthophyta,chrysophyta has1grneraeach,accounting for1.9%of the total respectively.According to the analysis of phytoplankton·scommunity structure,quantity and variety·s temporal and spatial variation and its Shannon-Winer index,Pielou index and Margalef index,we conclude that the river is under slight to mediumpollution situation overall.3. To make up the disadvantage of single chemical assessment and biological assessmentmay draw different conclusions in a same assessment process,the fuzzy theory is introduced.Using entropy weight and fuzzy synthetic evaluation model,we choose14indexes from aspectsthat among socioeconomic status,physical and chemical parameters of water, aquatic organism,river and riparian zone,drawing the conclusion that the ecosystem health condition of XiaoqingRiver belongs to fine condition most,the membership value is0.2706.4.Based on the research on Xiaoqing River,this paper puts forward severalmeasures,including the control of pollution sources, project measures,biological treatment,policies and regulations and so on.
