High-end NC Machine Tools (High-end NC MTs) is an important fundamental-equipment in realizing the modernization of manufacturing and equipment-manufacturing-industry. However, the weakness in High-end NC MTs’design and manufacturing techniques has severely affected the promotion of our nation’s manufacturing and innovation capabilities. The configuration design of High-end NC MTs is a significant segment in designing High-end NC MTs, and has great influence on MTs’comprehensive performance. This paper is supported by National Science and Technology Major Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and mainly studies reconstruction technologies of configuration scheme for High-end NC MTs. Moreover, a system called "The Reconfiguration Design of High-end NC MT Schemes" is developed to verify the feasibility of the method put forward in thesis with an example.The contents of this thesis can be described as follows:The first chapter gives the review of existing research on the problem of reconfiguration, and illustrates the background and aim of this paper’s research, as well as the contents and meaning of this paper.The second chapter constructs detailed process model for scheme reconfiguration, and explains key technologies of reconfiguration process.The third chapter constructs influence factors of MT, introduces an extended GRA method which utilizes Lagrange’s equation to allocate weights to analyze MT scheme’s, and realizes there decision making with the help of possibility theory.The forth chapter presents a configuration-unit-dividing method and constructs the configuration-unit-based library for scheme’s reconfiguration. To obtain new MT schemes, the order of units’ reconfiguration-cross is planned based on weighted-sequence, and new MT schemes are constructed with cross reconfiguration technology in this order.The fifth chapter introduced a system named "The Reconfiguration Design of High-end NC MT Schemes" that verifies the feasibility of the method descripted in paper with an example.The final chapter summarizes works and achievements of whole paper, and discusses future researches in reconfiguration.
