Hydraulic cone crushers are widely used in mine, road and some other industries. Nowadays, with the rapid development of national economy, a large number of raw materials need to be crushed everyday. Hydraulic cone crushers with the quality of high efficiency, high crushing ratio, high production rate and uniform crushing granularity, are widely used.The development of hydraulic cone crushers both overseas and domestic has been introduced, which get ready to the study of crushers. Preliminary mastered the function of overseas hydraulic cone crushers, such as automatic overload protection, uniform crushing product size and high production rate, these highly improve the working performance and quality of products. However, compared with overseas cone crushers, the imitated domestic ones’ efficiency is lower, and the miss-distance of crushing products is larger.The kinematic model of hydraulic cone crushers is analyzed and the number of mantle swing, production rate and power of the motors are calculated, it also analyzes the stability of mantle. The study and the set up of hysteretic nonlinear model in cylindrical coordinates have been done. The dynamic model of hydraulic cone crushers in cylindrical coordinates has been established.Using ANSYS Workbench to do the static analysis of mantle and concave to obtain the stress-strain diagram of its working condition. The results shows that the strength and stiffness of the parts meet the design requirements.
