The New-type cone crusher, which is an advanced mining machine used in thin crushing in ore-dressing factory, is developed by the mining Inc of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation in the digestion and absorption of imported equipment. Because of their unique advantages,being widely used in crusher industry. At presene its mechanical parts study more.In this paper, its hydraulic system is mainly stydied, and hydraulic protection system is analysised and studied. Power Bond Graph model is set up,and state-space system equations is derived ,and is performed based on MATLAB/Simulink,and Experimental study is done.The new Cone Crusher is a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher.The change of Crushing force is quitely big during it works.working condition is extremely bad. Its hydraulic protection system in ensuring protection from damage and reducing failure, increasing productivity, plays an important role.so,by Studying its Simulation,it is a great theoretical and practical significance.On the hydraulic system simulation, we must first establish itsmathematical model. Transfer function method is only applicable to single-input single-output linear time-invariant systems, and can not be described within the system variables between the characteristics inherent in the nonlinear and with many difficult linear hydraulic systems, it is difficult achieve good results. State-space analysis rules better compensate for the transfer function of the existence of limitations, we can obtain the status of time domain system. Bond Graph is a term used to describe the structure of the energy system works icon that method, which in a vector in the form of a complex structure is concise description of the steps can be derived equation of state, in the hydraulic system by modeling a wide range of applications. MATLAB Simulink is for a system diagram of the simulation and analysis of the package, which supports continuous, discrete and mixed both linear and nonlinear systems, the overwhelming majority of the dynamic system, can be easily simulated. This paper uses MATLAB / Simulink software for the simulation of hydraulic systems, and simulation results are studied.
