High arsenic acid leach liquor comes from removing arsenic solution of white ash, which contains a lot of copper, zinc, arsenic, etc. If it is handled improperly, it not only produces environmental pollution, but also causes a waste of resources seriously. Though there are many processing methods of the leach liquor, many have some disadvantages, such as high cost, complicated operation, resource waste, secondary pollution, etc. Therefore, a new process of extracting Cu with aldoximes extraction agents, extracting Zn with D2 EHPA, removing arsenic with ferric sulfate and DTCR was brought forward based on analysis of composition of the leaching liquor. The entire process is relatively simple and high maneuverability, not only ensures the resource recovery of copper and zinc, but also achieves the goal of arsenic removal. The main contents are as follows:According to extraction rate and market price of N902, Mextral5640 H, AcorgaM5640, high efficiency, low prices, etc. we choose Mextral5640 H as copper extraction agent. At the same time, the effect of extraction time, the aqueous phase p H value, phase ratio, concentration of extraction agent, temperature, reextraction time, concentration of sulfuric acid and phase ratio on separating copper were investigated, the best process conditions were selected, on which the extraction rate of copper is 97% to 99% and the reextraction rate 96% to 99%,the goal of separating copper is achieved. In the zinc extraction procedure with P204, the effect of extraction time, the aqueous phase pH value, phase ratio, concentration of extraction agent, temperature, reextraction time, concentration of sulfuric acid and phase ratio on separating zinc were investigated, the best process conditions were selected, on which the extraction rate of zinc is 97% to 98.5% and the reextraction rate 98% to 99%,the goal of separating zinc is achieved. In the arsenic removal procedure with ferric sulfate and DTCR, the following operational variations such as Fe/As ratio, volume of DTCR, pH value and reaction time were performed respectively in order to evaluate their effect on arsenic removal in the last, the best process conditions were selected. The residual concentration of As is 2.11ml/L to 2.66ml/L after preliminary arsenic removal and 0.32mg/L-0.39mg/L after profound arsenic removal on this conditions, the goal of arsenic removal is achieved.
