The Key Technology Research On Double-track Automatic Bundling Machine

Automatic rod banding machine is an important equipment for packaging in iron and steel enterprises production line, which straps the bar to form, in order to facilitate the storage and transport. Rod bundling machine is a kind of automatic packaging equipment which integrates hydraulic and control. At present our country has little investment into the study of automatic bar baling machine and the technology of the rod banding machine is not mature enough and a lot of iron and steel enterprises use imported bar bundling machine in its steel banding. So it is very important to study the key technology of double track bar baling machine and make its technology more mature and put it into production for iron and steel enterprises.First give a summary of the development situation of automatic baling machine at home and abroad in order to understand the performance of the bar bundling machine at home and abroad. For the possible problems of double track automatic bar baling machine, we do a research into the key techniques of double track bar baling machine.Designed the track diameter of dual track automatic wire feeding for rod bundling machine. Through the elastic-plastic theory we made an analysis and calculation of the stress and the deformation of the rod and designed the optimal diameter of wire feeding tracks. Through the imitation of the state of finite element software for wire rod in the wire feed to simulate the orbital, we analized the force and deformation of wire rod.Designed the new twist wire device automatic machine for the dual track bar baling.Designed a new twist silk device which can reverse and forward, set the resistance and toughness and disc flat and integration. The twist wire device can improve the phenomenon of the wire rod easily wring so that the structure of the twist wire device becomes more compact. Designed the parts of the hydraulic system and PLC control system. When the wire rod first goes into the existing lines, it will be stocked through the cutting device, so designed a new type device for this phenomenon and improved the phenomenon that the wire rod pass the cutter for the first time.Through the analysis of each part of the dual track bar bundling machine, we designed the dual track bar bundling machine hydraulic system and PLC control system.Figure29; Table7; Reference 49...
