In continuous casting engineering crystallizer vibration technique is a key technology. According to sinusoidal vibration waveform, a kind of non-sinusoidal vibration waveform is designed and deduced in detail by applying piecewise function and combining with the best vibration model. Thus, it derives technological parameter expression of non-sinusoidal vibration. By studying pulling rate-frequency and synchronization control model construction method and analyzing its kinetics feature, ultimately, the correspondence between casting speed and vibration basic parameter is established and has excellent performance. Casting speed adapts to the synchronous control model with larger range.By analyzing casting blank chatter mark formation mechanism and casting powder influx mechanism, adopting the method of changing casting speed or a vibration basic parameter and adopting synchronous control model and liquid friction computational formula, negative strip time and influence rule of chatter mark interval, chatter market depth, casting powder consumption and friction are obtained. The result shows that:(1) Influences of vibration frequency on negative strip time, chatter mark depth and casting powder consumption are larger than waveform slope, casting speed and vibration distance. The chatter mark depth of maximum and minimum differs 0.12 mm. Negative strip time differs 0.11 s. Casting powder consumption differs 0.13kg/m2.(2) Waveform slope and vibration distance have no effect on chatter mark depth. Influences of casting speed are larger than vibration frequency. Vibration distance of maximum and minimum differs 6.25 mm.(3) When changing casting speed, casting speed is independent of crystallizer’s vibration velocity. When casting speed is minimum maximal, up liquid friction in unit area has the maximum of 44.36 Pa. When waveform slope is maximal, down liquid friction in unit area has the maximum of 77.20 Pa. When vibration distance is maximal, vibration velocity is maximal. Maximum up speed is 2.45m/min, and maximum down speed is 3.35m/min.Synchronous control model software that calculates crystallizer’s vibration parameter is developed by adopting VB language. Moreover, this software is used for figuring out graphical user interface, so as to be convenient for users to calculate each technology parameter under different vibration synchronous control modes and optimize the current used synchronous control model.
