With the progress of the national economy and society, the demand for high-quality cold-rolled strip of increases every year, many of the industry put forward higher requirements on the strip heat treatment process. In such a situation in the industry, strip continuous annealing treatment emerged. As an important part of the production of high-quality cold-rolled strip, strip continuous annealing process not only improves the efficiency of steel production, and improve the quality of cold-rolled strip.In the continuous annealing process, the temperature of the strip not only affects the mechanical properties, but also affects the microstructure of the strip. In the actual production process, we need track strip temperature and implement appropriate control, to ensure the annealing process stability and the quality of product. So the research on the continuous annealing process of strip temperature distribution has very important practical significance.There have been many research on thermal process of the strip vertical continuous annealing furnace, but mostly concentrated on the study of mathematical model for thermal process of continuous annealing process, little research on the temperature distribution and its influencing factors of the entire strip continuous annealing process. Therefore, this paper will study the following aspects based on checking large number of Chinese and foreign literature review.Firstly, in the vertical continuous annealing furnace radiant heating section, this paper use Monte Carlo method to calculate the radiative transfer coefficient distribution of the strip surface, then simulate the temperature distribution of the strip for the heating process based on the finite difference method and analysis the influences of strip width, thickness thermal conductivity and specific heat on temperature distribution for heating zone field.Secondly, this paper use Fluent to simulate jet cooling process, obtain the heat transfer coefficient distribution of the strip surface and establish a mathematical model of heat transfer process.This paper also simulate the temperature distribution of the strip for the cooling process based on the finite difference method and analysis the influences of strip width, thickness, thermal conductivity and specific heat on temperature distribution for cooling zone field.Thirdly, in the water quenching cooling section, this paper simulate the temperature distribution of the strip based on the finite difference method and analysis the influences of strip width, thickness, thermal conductivity and specific heat coefficien on temperature distribution for cooling zone field.Finally, this paper integrates the above research results and analysis the influences of different parameters on the average heating rate, annealing temperature and the average cooling rate during continuous annealing process.
