Currently, the development of magnetorheological damping technology has been mature stage.Magnetorheological technology has a large number of applications in medical, aerospace, aircraft, and a series of important areas.The traditional machine tool vibration damping system usually adopt elastic damping system. Because the elastic damping system damping coefficient is usually fixed, for machine tools in a stage of stable vibration damping effect is significant.When the vibration signal is not stable and accompanied by shock loading,the vibration of elastic damping system can’t according to the real-time signal output corresponding damping force. So kind of damping device of the vibration signal usually can’t achieve very accurate damping effect. For the high precision NC machine tools, not smooth machining vibration signal is one of the most important factors to affect the machining accuracy. In view of the characteristics of the magnetorheological damper accurate real-time control,applying magnetorheological damper to the Numerical Control Machine tool vibration reduction device which just make up for the deficiency of the NC machine tool vibration system.This paper first analyzes the several typical working model of the magnetorheological damper and corresponding damping force output formula is given.According to the dynamic characteristics of MRF work after six common dynamic description model is introduced, With Bingham model is the most widely in the practical application.According to the properties of dynamic xk7132 NC machine tools, design requirements of the design of the magnetorheological damper has been put forward,including stroke output force and response time, and a series of basic parameters. In view of the bearing characteristics of shock absorber, a gas compensation device for shock absorber has been designed. Considering the necessity of compact structure, this design adopts flow and shear mode with the combination of magnetorheological damper. Applying the electromagnetics, fluid mechanics and the experience value of working liquid completed the structure design of shock absorber and the magnetic circuit design. And check the related important bearing components.Complete shock absorber design for assembly. Choose the damper indicator characteristics of electro-hydraulic shaking table experiment. By loading the vibration signals of different frequency, amplitude and the current value to draw the corresponding indicator diagram. Through the indicator diagram to reflect the actual effect of magnetorheological damper. Indicator diagram can clearly to know this experiment to achieve the desire effect.
