As China’s economic growth, the demand for energy is increasing, The coal energy as an important energy to country, the demand will rapidly increase. But security problems caused by traditional coal production has been our concern. In particular, If we can not be timely and effective statistics number and staff positions when appear the mine accident, will result in a waste of time and rescue resources. Therefore, The use of personnel positioning system can help people understand the location state of employees in a timely manner in the coal mine production safety, reducing casualties and improve mine rescue rates, and has important implications for the production safety and the management of modernization in mines.In China’s coal mine safety production, underground personnel positioning management system has been more commonly used. Although China has made significant investments in personnel positioning system. However, there are some problems in personnel positioning system. Such as: data not updating timely, data easily lost, the system is not closed, the algorithm is not very efficient and a series of problems. These problems lead to oversight of our system, easily lead to lower coal mine production safety accidents and productivity.So we decided to design a low-complexity, low-cost, high-maintainable, good scalability, and cross-platform nature of the underground personnel positioning system. The designed personnel positioning system can not only display the situation of personn in underground and personnel track, the current underground staff attendance and status information in real-time statistical analysis; and timely and accurate personnel information in underground, leading attendant circumstances duty to monitor the situation reflects the dynamic dispatch center, So that the leadership can grasp the distribution of personnel at any time. The most important thing is to solve the real time and not high efficiency of the algorithm in personnel positioning system, In order to avoid problems due to the imperfections inherent in the system caused by low coal mine under the rescue when the accident occurred, and also to prevent impact on daily production of coal mine safety. We try to avoid this from happening through software design, it is important that we make this personnel positioning system design.
