The coal resources of our country have large proportion in the available energy, But the coal resources mining work mostly in the mine,so ensure the safety of mine production work is particularly important. But our country started relatively late in the research of monitoring field, many systems also with the various shortcomings and vulnerabilities, cannot be real-time and accurate monitoring of underground. Therefore it has important significance to the coal mine production safety that designs the reliable downhole monitoring system and enhance personnel localization algorithm.In this paper, for work in the coal region away from the surface and special circumstances affect the positioning accuracy of the algorithm, mainly for the following research:(1) Based on the distance measurement error in RSSI algorithm and interference from other signals in the process of localization.In the RSSI location algorithm, using Gaussian filtering processing the RSSI values to improve the precision of the range. Now using the Angle information measured between nodes to complete the positioning interference coordination between zones, so can filtering the other signal interference. Set the reference nodes to test the error rate under the mine, after a range positioning community plus n group inverse error,then use of trilateral algorithm to calculate the n group of unknown node can area, mark the overlap of possible areas to narrow the scope of the position. Compared with classical algorithm, improves the positioning accuracy and stability, especially on the edge of the locating area effect is obvious.(2) For some nodes because no electricity or necrosis in the small scale accident, now presents a localization algorithm on two sides in the emergency cases. Join the influence factors of the distance between the nodes into the Centroid algorithm, in order to compare the node's influence on the positioning.(3) The design of the positioning system using a model that computer monitoring and control system and Zig Bee wireless network transmission module combination. Wireless networks transmit the data using Controller Area Network to the monitoring and control system on the surface, so improve the safety coefficient of mine production. Do the simulations experiments of the improved algorithms in Matlab environment, the results show that the positioning accuracy and stability have been improved.The communication experiment between nodes shows that the data communication function of this system is stable and reliable.
