The precision demand of electric injection molding machine injection molding product performance is becoming higher and higher, and the influence of these high demands is electric injection molding machine servo drive system, its control precision, response, robustness and so on indicators directly determines the quality of injection molding products. Using more stable output, higher efficiency, higher ratio of motor has always been the goal of improving the performance of electric injection molding machine. Switched reluctance motor drive speed regulation system has both the advantages of AC and DC speed control and emerges great development potential in drive speed regulation system, and it has simple structure, variable control parameters, lower manufacturing costs. Based on the electric injection molding machine the process mechanism of action, the switched reluctance motor speed control system, will be applied to electric injection molding machine of combining model.Based on home and abroad research results in this paper, through access to relevant electric injection molding machine process of mechanism motion characteristics and the impact on the quality of injection molding products, the speed regulation system of switched reluctance motor drive servo performance, the feasibility of the analysis is applied to the process mechanism.Experiment platform based on the above, using a 8/6 four phases 0.37 KW of switched reluctance motor as drive control object, and through the load torque sensor and three-phase brushless DC motor for load measurement. Using Texas instruments model of TMS320F28035 fixed-point DSP controller to write software algorithm to control its operation, through the platform to simulate the process mechanism of slow - fast - slow motion characteristics. Through the torque speed measuring instrument, such as the oscilloscope test of switched reluctance motor speed phase current,rotational speed and torque curve, and the actual process of injection molding machine mechanism motion characteristic curve. Experimental results show that through a lot of experimental data, switched reluctance motor drive speed regulation system can meet the requirements of electric injection molding machine the process mechanism, application of switched reluctance motor play a positive role in the field of electric injection molding machine.
